As I rest and am recovering the weather is nice here in Southern California. I am looking out of my grandmothers bedroom onto a birds nest. They (the birds) are very entertaining.They keep flying into the house and are needing immediate rescue then evacuation by towel. I am typing on my iPad with one hand....shoulder feels alright. The Ipad is terrible for blogging in that it respells everything incorrectly or decides that you need to use a different word. My current daily routine is rest, ice, hydrate repeat. Today is better than yesterday...so that is good. I'll check in again soon.
